Consistency comes from fixturing
The only way to make the hundredth run match the first is to build them all in the same fixture. We design and build our own fixture tables, so the fixturing suits the assembly rather than the assembly being forced onto whatever was already on the floor.
Components cut on our own laser for clean, accurate profiles, then formed, then welded by certified fabricators: certified across carbon steel, stainless and aluminum and retested on a regular schedule.
Finish is the product
On architectural work the coating is what the public sees, not just corrosion protection.
We coat in our own paint booth, so the finish is applied and inspected by the same organization that fabricated the assembly. Most fabricators send this step to an outside coater and inspect what comes back, if that.
Field conditions
Buildings differ from their drawings. That is not a failure of anyone’s, it is how construction works.
Having licensed professional engineers in house means a field condition becomes a same-week revision instead of a change order waiting on an outside firm. We also provide field support during installation.

Why handrail is a real test

- It is repetitive at volume A stadium needs a great many runs, and the hundredth has to match the first. That is a fixturing and process-control question rather than a craftsmanship one.
- It is load-bearing People lean on it and crowds press against it. It is a life-safety element, so it has to meet code and it has to be right.
- It is installed to a real building Concrete pours to a tolerance and stadium geometry curves. Steel fabricated to the drawing rather than to the building arrives and does not fit.
